A 2-part exercise. First part is a heavy rainfall forecast exercise, utilizing Eta forecast data. Second part is a flood warning decision-making exercise, utilizing radar imagery. The exercise utilizes GIF images from the "Halloween Flood" in southern KS on October 30-November 1, 1998. The dates are hidden so to make the case difficult to recognize.
