Purpose of the SOO TRC
Facilities in the Training Resource Center include:
- Training Catalogue: A
searchable catalogue of training materials that contains information on training
topics, formats, the geographical area they are most relevant to, and other
information, as well as instructions on how to obtain copies. Most of the
catalogue's entries are summaries of materials created by SOOs, although other
materials useful for training are also included. An online entry form is also
available to make it easy to submit catalogue entries.
- Training Forum: A conference
area that provides a place for questions and answers about how other SOOs
do training.
- Training Plans Library: A depository of SOOs training plans adaptable for
your office.
- Other Training Resources: Other
materials that SOOs might find helpful in supporting their training program.
