Long Range Training And Rotation Plan (LORTARP)
This plan assigns Team and Focal Point duties, and cross-training in new focal point duties to the staff of NWSO
JAX in order to provide for future rotation of duties and focal point replacement assignments in case of transfer
of personnel. The goal of training assignments is to prepare for rotation of duties in the three year timeframe.
The goal for FY 1999 is mastery of current assignments, and basic training and skills development for crosstraining
assignments. "In training" positions listed as "( )" are currently unfilled crosstraining requirements.
